A-VOC is Certinal Program to collaborate with our Customers’ for making the product comprehensive.

The process ensures that Certinal Customers’ have opportunity to actively participate in creating product roadmap.

    Send the completed workbook to the A-VOC team. Attach the file to your email and keep the filename unchanged.

Guidelines

Guidelines for feature submission

  1. Download the Feature submission form from the link provided above in Step 1
  2. Update all the details appropriately & do not miss any sections to ensure submitted feature getting qualified to the next stage for Voting Submission
  3. You may only be able to enter details in the “Yellow Cells” in “Row #2” in each sheet
  4. Some quick tips for entering features
    Feature Name
    give a catchy name to the functionality to grab attention from other Customers. Keep it short, crisp and descriptive.
    Description of high-level Product functionality
    provide a detailed and elaborative explanation of the product functionality with examples if needed
    Business Justification
    provide a strong business use case & some justification related to solving some Key Business Performance Indicators
