A-VOC is Certinal Program to collaborate with our Customers’ for making the product comprehensive.

The process ensures that Certinal Customers’ have opportunity to actively participate in creating product roadmap.

Download the Feature submission form, from link provided below in Step1
Update all the details appropriately & do not miss any sections to ensure submitted feature getting qualified to the next stage for Voting Submission
You may only be able to enter details in the “Yellow Cells” in “Row #2” in each sheet
Some quick tips for entering features:

Feature Name – give a catchy name to the functionality to grab attention from other Customers. Keep it short, crisp and descriptive.
Description of high-level Product functionality – provide a detailed and elaborative explanation of the product functionality with examples if needed
Business Justification – provide a strong business use case & some justification related to solving some Key Business Performance Indicators

The Feature Submission Phase is Only ONE feature entry per Customer Organization. In case of multiple SPOCs managing Certinal, we request to collaborate internally for a Single Voting submission
